The latest "phrase"

Has anyone noticed people saying, "I know, right" to everything? Is it just me? I saw someone use it on Facebook, then my DS started saying it, now I'm noticing it everywhere!!! It drives me nuts. I guess it's the new "Just sayin'". I know, right??

I think people have been saying that for years.....I think it's better than putting "like" in between every word like when I was, like, young, you know? Like, really.

I use that saying all the time, especially when I don't know what else to say.

I like how it sounds. It amuses my ears.

It's been around for ages, but I'm putting this solely on the shoulders of "How I Met Your Mother", as Ted and Barney say it ALL the time. Marshall too, probably, but I can hear Ted and Barney saying it in my head right now. (not before I read this post, solely in relation to the post, I'm not hearing voices, OK?)
