And dh told me that I cannot make any more changes (that he knows about)--I always email him the menus to look over while I'm trying to decide, and he said he can't take it any more! :lmao:

Anyway, here's the list (we're on DxDP):

Brown Derby
Chef Mickey's (the only breakfast ADR we have)
Coral Reef (must do for dh)
Hoop de Doo
Le Cellier
Sci Fi (must do for dh before he even knew what was on the menu)
Tony's (I was feeling iffy about this one, but dh likes the menu)

We're going to hit a counter service for lunch on our MK day; I figured we could wing that when we're there; it will help give us a little more flexibility in the park. We'll also have cs breakfasts at the Pop Food Court.

I'm feeling pretty comfortable with what I've picked, although now I'm wondering if I should pick something other than Brown Derby for the Fantasmic package, although dh already saw (and likes) its menu.

So, how does it look? I'm trying to not obsess too much about it, but it's sooo hard!

if you are on the deluxe plan i would think you might want a few more TS or signature TS(2 credits). the plan includes 3 TS credits per person per day.......seems like a waste to use TS credits for CS meals.

.for the cost i wouldnt want to waste the opportunity for some great meals. maybe you should do the std DDP and pay OOP for anything not covered. might come out a little cheaper for you.

We love Tony's! We always eat there our last night of the trip. I think you should try it, just because one person likes it or hates it doesn't mean that you will have the same experience! Everyone has different tastes!

We'll be there for 4 nights, so I have only 3 meals that aren't designated as a TS meal. We're on the deluxe plan for those mugs and extra snacks as much as for the meals (and we really like the fact that it's prepaid other than tips--we won't have to worry about how much a meal is going to cost, plus our vacation package is paid for already). We really wouldn't want to do regular DDP because of all the TS restaurants we want to try and the extra snacks and mugs. And, oop isn't an option because, like I said, I don't want to have to worry about how much it costs to eat (not that I'd be worried, per se, but it'd still be in the back of my mind).

Now, I thought about doing TS breakfasts, but I think that might be a bit much for us (we're grab-and-go type of people in the mornings). I've heard it's painfully hard to get a ressie for CRT. How true is that? That might a possibility on our MK day. Your thoughts?

:lmao: Your DH must be talking to my DH! I email the menus to him too! We just had to pick one more TS dinner and I made him narrow it down...know what he said? Lets do CS instead EEK!!!!!

Yeah, it's pretty difficult to get in to CRT. Have you thought about the Crystal Palace instead? If you do an early enough breakfast, you can be done before the rope drop through Cindy's Castle into Fantasyland. My DW and I love CP's breakfasts and Winnie the Pooh and friends are pretty cute. :)

Oh no!!!! :scared1: I can't imagine obsessing so much, only to have my plans pulled out from under me!

(Going to try to find my happy place at that thought ...)

I like you choices..I am not a fan of Tony's...you may want to try Cinderella's dinner in the castle instead or the Crystal Palace for Dinner...but if you go with Tony's you may like it...it is hard for us to eat Italian food out since my mother in law is the best Italian cook.. I was in WDW in November and we did Le Cellier..yummy..I am surprising the kiddies in August and we are going to try the Hoop Dee Doo review and Sci Fi also..I did not like The prime Time Cafe so I would not do that again. I heard great things about the Coral Reef..but I thought the kids menu would not appeal to my kids. I am trying Chef Mickey's since I am staying at The CR but I also want to try 1900 Park at The GF...have a great trip

and p.s. my hubby will not even entertain me anymore with my choices because I change them everyday..my ADR's date is this Sunday 02/17 so until then I will drive myself nuts ;)

I could try Crystal Palace for breakfast and CRT for dinner and snack the rest of the day (or even have a CS if we get hungry in between). Thinking about it, we'll be doing HS the day before and it won't be an overly late night (not like midnight or anything), so we could get ourselves awake enough to do breakfast. That's basically our problem; we can't eat right after getting up.

I can't wait until we're actually on vacation and I can't plan anymore!
