The lady at Savi’s workshop was exceptionally wonderful working with my son. I tried to give her a compliment through the Disney app but

All I got was her first name, Jennifer. I never thought to get the state. The app wants a state to go along with the name. Also, it wouldn’t let me specify the attraction where it took place. How can I compliment her to the company?

I think you can still call or email, here's the info for both. It also mentions that you can go to Guest Relations, so that's another option if you're still at WDW.
