Has anyone else read this series of books by Ridley Pearson? I just heard about them and have just started reading it. Set in the Magic Kingdom and is about what happens after the park closes. :scared1: It's great so far. ;) Our trip is in 3 weeks :dance3:and this seems to be a great read while waiting for the trip to begin. I think there are 2 or 3 in the series... Any thoughts or reviews?

My husband just finished reading these. Now it's my turn. He loved the books. I also enjoyed reading Peter and The Starcatchers by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson. Peter is my all time favorite. I hope you enjoy reading them. :tink:

DS11 just finished reading Kingdom Keepers II. He loved both of them and we've never been to WDW - just DL! :)

My son and I have read both 1 and 2. I enjoyed them, my son loved both! Looking forward to the next one.:)

I read the Kingdom Keepers and Disney at Dawn. They were good but written for youth. As an adult it was very fast reading but fun to read.

Second book was set in Animal Kingdom. Anyone remember or know where third book will be set? Which park? and when or if an announcemnet date for release has been made? Guess I could google that up but thought someone here might know.

Nice easy reads to get you in the mood for Disney. I was reading the second one when I decided to start reading Twilight so I probably did not pay full attention to the second one!:rotfl:

My son really loved KK I and II. I thought they were fun, too. I believe the third one comes out this fall, September maybe. You can check on Amazon.

I loved them both! Very great details about the parks...you could tell the author knew his Disney!!

Never heard of them, but just bought KK I and II off Amazon... thanks for the thread - can't wait to read them! :worship:

The 3rd one is set in Epcot, and the 4th is rumored to be set on a Disney Cruise ship. I had never heard of these before, thanks for giving me something for my DD to read this summer!

This is cool, I have never heard of there before. My son is 8 but reads very well. Do you think these books would be ok for him??

Hi,
I purchased the first book for my ds age 11, he thought it was ok, but he did not finish it! I guess it did not grab his attention enough-I think they are really cool!:thumbsup2

Thanks guys for the reviews. I did not realize that there were more to come in the series. I am really enjoying the first book so far. Very easy to read and I love all the detail about the park. My teenager is looking forward to reading it when I'm done.

DS got Kingdom Keepers (the first one) in his Easter Basket. I want to read it, but he's keeping it under lock and key until he finishes it. (He left his 39 Clues book lying around and I finished it before I did. I didn't spoil anything for him, but he was upset at me.)
