The Kennedy Compound

I got lost today on Cape Cod, actually was killing time before we met friends for lunch, and found the Kennedy Compound in Hyannisport..

It looks so small from the street, of course, you cannot get too close, there are signs everywhere. It is just so weird for me to have found it....all those press conferences over the years from Hyannisport.

How neat. I would love to see the compound. How great to live in a part of the country that allows you the opportunity to see places like this.

Very cool! Is it gated or does it just have signs posted? Did you see any kind of security around?

I did not see any security.....and it is gated in sort of a weird way...you have to walk down a walkway to get to the houses. I have seen press conferences held from there like when they cancelled the wedding when JFK, Jr. died.

There are signs saying no buses allowed pass this point so I am assuming that sightseeing buses go by there.
