Friday a female colleague of mine saw a young lady in her class eating a lollipop shaped like a certain part of the male anatomy. She made the young lady get rid of it.
Later she called home.
Mom said,
I gave it to her, but I told her she probably shouldn't take it to school.
What are you gonna do?

How old was the student? Are we talking college, high school, middle school? Either way, I find it revolting but hey, she obv was looking for attention and she got it, didn't she:laughing:

A porno pop:lmao:!!!!

Not a teacher, but probably would have discreetly told her that it was inappropriate and to please put it away.

Sadly, its not the kids that don't have better sense its the PARENTS!!

Scary. This girl probably did want attention--but she wanted the wrong kind. I know girls in middle school like that. They do things that are right on the line of appropriate knowing how the boys will look at it.

Comes down to the parenting IMHO. What message was the mother sending by giving such a sucker to her daughter? I don't care what age, it is not something a mother should be giving her daughter. Teens use bad judgement as a right of passage as they learn their way in the world, what's the mother's excuse?:confused3

Well according to politicians, Disney Junky, this is ALL YOUR fault that this child has no concept of tact or class. ;):lmao:

There's an entire town in Japan that has a festival each year celebrating the boy and girl parts in a fertility festival-they sell all kinds of stuff like that. Google it and see what they parade through town-unbelieveable!

Mom gave it to her and told her she 'probably' shouldn't take it to school!? I don't even know what to say. How is this young woman EVER supposed to get a sense of propriety or grace? Very sad.

Sounds like a mom desperate to be "the cool mom". She better watch it or she might soon be "the cool grandma".

I was going to say the same thing--somehow this will turn into the TEACHER's fault that this lovely  young lady is failing school or pregnant.

Fifteen years ago, I had an eighth-grade boy turn in a storyboard assignment that was full of vulgar language and included one drawing of a sex act. When dad was called in to the office, he said, "Yea, I looked at it last night and told him he probably shouldn't do that." Probably????
