We were at the parks yesterday and I forgot to double tap my daughter in at a ride. Tried to cancel it and couldn’t. So I went back to the ride and the cast member gave me a return time for a different attraction. She said when I used it it would “reset”. Didn’t work. Went to guest services at a different park and explained the situation. They did the same thing again (I found out they’ve been told this works) it did not work.
Went to a blue umbrella where a lovely CM told me “yeah they told us to do that but it doesn’t work.” She logged in as the ride and checked us in to get me unstuck.
Should this happen to you that is how you fix it. Either go back to the ride and tap in again or if you’ve left already the CM has to log in on the IPad as the ride. It will not fall off later. I don’t care what anyone tells you.
