Thanks to ShaniaShea at CRO who took a lot of extra time to check on a reservation that had been screwed up twice by CRO, and then offered to check available discounts on another reservation, even though it was an obviously busy morning. This darling lady never lost patience, was incredibly reassuring and generally brightened my day. Plus, she was able to apply the AP discount to part of our upcoming trip. How cool is that?!
