I'm so jealous! That's where we stayed last year. We're going for All Star Music family suite for the extra room and my brother in-law is traveling with us. If he wasn't coming I would definitely be reserving Wilderness Lodge. We are going 11-29 to 12-7-25.

I am DVC member debating whether to beeok over thanksgiving 2025 or Dec 19-24. The latter will be cheaper both points and flight wise. My understanding is christmas week the very merry christmas party won't be available but some stuff from the party will be in regular magic kingdom day. Would love thoughts on difference between party experience vs. Christmas week.

I am late to the party, but trying to book CCV for first or second week of December 2025 so I am still waiting! Does anyone know if I can book on Jan 1st, or do I have to wait until the first day of my expected reservation to book? I.e. book on Jan 10th for a Dec 10th start? So anxious to lock in a room!

How are you trying to book? Are you a DVC member booking with points or are you trying to book cash room or rent points?

I am trying to book a cash reservation through Disney directly.

Ah. I am not sure when that is available to book. For DVC CCV owners it is 11 months and for DVC owners of other resorts it is 7 months. And those are extremely hard to get into even for owners and even harder at Christmas. I'll let others in the community respond if someone knows when technically they could become available for cash. But I would definitely advise being open to Wilderness Lodge instead.

In that case Boulder Ridge also is easier to book than Copper Creek.

As the PP noted above, you'll have to wait until 11 months out to see what cash availability at CCV looks like. Hope it works out for you!

Has anyone booked a Disneyland Resort Military Discount for 2025? I tried booking our annual trip today and all they had was the 10% off rate. CM told me they no longer have the deep military salute discounts anymore for resort rooms (Pixar Pier, Disneyland Hotel, Disney Grand Californian.) Naturally, I am skeptical and was hoping someone here has booked with the larger discount.

Fingers crossed the CM gave bad info.

I called back because I had a suspicion that CM was incorrect.

Lo and behold ... he was.

Armed Forces Salute rates are coming, but for some reason they are not in the system yet. CM did not have any date on when they would come out, just to keep checking. So for those looking for the deep discount and not the pithily 10%, they will be available. As to when?
