The Hyena Chat thread: Everyone's welcome!

:lmao: Yes, her poop is fine. Hey Alison, how's it been???

Lately it has been getting worse - hence my concern. Friday she was fine going to bed - Saturday same thing. Yesterday it bothered her bad at 3pm, and she laid down for hours - but would randomly get up and run around. I gave her Tums, and it seemed to make it a bit better. This morning she woke up, made a bagel, and then came to my room saying it hurt bad. She has mainly been lethargic ever since. Going to the doctor was supposed to make me feel better (yes, and her), but I am still worried about her - and I really did not like him
Oooh Dizzy...........I feel for ya. My oldest DD had tummy issues. To this day, sometimes out of the blue she will get weird stomach aches, and doesn't know why. She started having issues in 3rd grade. Everyday she would have a stomach ache. Finally decided that she was stressed out about school. She liked to be perfect in everything, and I think she was putting too much on her school work and for the teacher. One time she even got herself so upset, that she did stop pooping, and got extremely plugged up. I didn't know all of this until she started having accicents and couldn't help herself. Took her to the doctor, and they got her all fixed up. Of course I felt bad, cuz I didn't know she was having any bowel problem until this all came about. I was a bad Mom. :sad2: Boy after that, I was on regularity patrol!!!

Maybe you can find yourself a family doctor. I've had one for years and love it. He knows our whole family, and even delivered our last one Kaitlyn.

I hope Alecia does feel better soon. Do take her somewhere else to get another opinion. As a Mom, you know when your children aren't well, and I think you need some assurance.

Uff. Had a quickie dinner, then herded the boys upstairs for showers. I detoured to the office to say goodbye to DH (off to a HOA meeting) and check email, then all of a sudden I hear a loud KATHUD and DS4 begins to scream! :scared1:

I ran into the bedroom, all the while hearing the little one shrieking and the older one laughing, WTH???

It seems they were rough-housing on my bed, and DS4 fell and slammed his head really hard into the headboard. I picked him up and rubbed the back of his head and HOLY MOLEY, BATMAN, there is a freakin' HUUUUUUGE goose-egg on the back of his head! GEESH, it must have popped out immediately, because I was there within about 15 seconds!

Of course once HE discovered the bump he really started to howl, so I just rocked him a bit until he stopped screaming. Then he asked, "Mama, what's dat sound?" and I told him his brother was popping bubblewrap. I could hear the wheels spinning in his brain... "Do you want to go pop bubblewrap with your brother?"

"Uh-huhhhh!" And off he went.

That was about half an hour ago, so I suppose I should go check on the little rat and make sure his pupils aren't exploded or some such thing. :headache:

DS' eyes look fine, and his behavior is... well, normal for him. I think he's fine. :rotfl:

Just gonna try to get them into bed now, and do a little clean-up.

Ugh... okay. Got off the phone with my sister, and the hubby is fed. My job here is done. :thumbsup2

Cake... Pregnant lady... need I say more? :lmao:

No. But I did buy a pumpkin pie from costco today. :flower3:
Awwww, man. I think I could KILL for pumpkin pie right now...

I've never had pumpkin custard before...
But I love custard... and I love pumpkin... what could I NOT love about pumpkin custard? :confused3 :rotfl:

I have heart burn. Go figure..

If I tell you all a story... promise not to laugh at me???:guilty:

I have plenty left... even though my husband brought me the pie... and a spoon. :lmao: :lmao:

I know, right?? Sounds tasty!

It's low fat and extremely easy.
I can make it with rice milk and then it is casein free. I've made it with sugar sub, diabetic friendly. It's one of htose can't screw it up kind of things. . :goodvibes

It's very similar in flavor to pumpkin pie, no crust, not quite as velvety in texture.. but that may be because of the skim milk and being pure pack pumpkin.

Nope. Continue...

:lmao: You will love this.. Hubby laughed all the way home.

so.. We were at Costco today, and I was waddling pretty good. My back hurt, and I SWEAR that I have gotten bigger since yesterday. My belly is SORE. So sore. The skin is so stretched and tight, it just freaking hurts, OKAY?

Anyhoo. I was waddling through the store, and NOT finding what I wanted.. getting stressed, hot and very annoyed. This woman stops, and gives me this super sympathetic look... Well, at least you dont have much longer, huh? :scared1: :scared1: Are you freaking KIDDING ME??? AM I REALLY THAT BIG?????   I almost knocked her the F OUT. :lmao:
