The hours ??? About the parks

At Disney -- say the Park closes at 10 -- it's really till 11... Is it like that at US or IOA ???
Also if you do HP later in the Evening -- to see all of it ...what time should I shoot For ?

The parks close at the posted times but if you are in line for something, you can still ride. Everything else will be closed when you get off the ride.

There are some things that won't be there late in the day, such as the Frog Choir and the Tri-Wizard Rally show. The rides and shops will be open, but maybe the Three Broomsticks will close before "closing time". This is why visiting during the day is needed even if the lines for the rides are shorter at the end of the day.
