Day 3, part 2
As we contintued through Fantasyland we noticed a 5 min. wait for Philharmagic. Nice! I think this is a super cute show. Apparently, so did the family in front of us. They allowed their kids to stand on their seats.

Just great for 54 me. I just dont get people. We trudged over to Frontierland again and got a FP for Splash. The return time was 9:45pm!!
By this time it was 20 min. before our 6pm ADR for LTT.

This is our 2nd. fav TS as I think I mentioned before. We checked in early..hoping for more pixie dust then we found at H & V. Sure enough
we were seated immediately. In fact, when we got to the table we found this!!
Our server was Cole
super nice and super cute!!!

The food was yummy as usual. We were snubbed by Dale and Chip who didnt stick around for pictures. But we got some nice ones with these guys! Last year Minnie snubbed us so I was glad she wasnt PMSing this year!!
I had a real hard time again with this meal. I HATE WASTING FOOD!! I wanted to eat all the leftover mac and cheese!! But I knew if I did there would be dire consequences
so I used my willpower. I did eat most of DHs and mine apple cobbler. They use Breyers Vanilla ice-cream with it..my favorite!!
rolls/salad
mac/cheese, beans
turkey, beef, mashed potatoes/gravy
apple cobbler
Feeling super full again we headed over to the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor. Of course it was both our first times since it just opened. I thought it was a real funny show but super short. Also, Sully does not make an appearance.

They must not have found a CM that could do John Goodmans voice or something. So I missed him. But check it out!! We only waited 10 min. I thought for sure there would be a longer line.
We also couldnt pass up the TTA!! What a relaxing ride!! DH wanted to go around again but I saw that Carousel of Progress was getting ready to start. Somehow we missed this one last year too so I wanted to make sure we saw it. When it started I remembered the song and some of the props from when I was 8. I was not keen on the present day/future scene. Not homey like the others. But then again I hate progress and actually wish we were still in the 50s.
We wandered through some more shops and grabbed a FP for Space Mt. for 10:30pm!!! We had planned to stay until after Wishes anyway so we didnt mind. The stand by time was 90 min!! No thanks. At this point we figured we would head back up main St. and get a spot for the Spectromagic Parade. I love this parade. In fact, its another attraction that gives me a tear b/c my mom loved parades and I know how much she would have loved WDW.
ANYWAY, I hate to get a piece of fudge while we waited. DH found us a spot on the corner, right outside the sweet shop, while I bought a piece of choc/PB fudge and promptly ate the whole thing.

I do NOT want to know how much fat was in there..do NOT tell me!!! While we were waiting we met a nice couple from VA. They chatted with us for the 45 minutes leading up to the parade..very friendly. They come every year and stay in a DVC hotel. I told them they should buy in!! They have been doing it for 12 years..it would have paid for itself and then some by now. They said they may take a tour this week. The parade was wonderful as usual. Afterwards we joined the stampede back down Main St. We wanted to stake out seats for Wishes.
We were pretty sick of walking at this point and we both were getting crabby. Hey, it may be our honeymoon but who said we cant get crabby??

So we plopped down on the first seat we saw
a brick wall around a tree near the CP. I saw there were a ton of trees to the lower left of the castle, in our viewing range, but I thought the fireworks would be higher. We would see about that. We had 30 min to wait so I ran to the bathroom and to try calling Disney Dining about Ohanas on Friday. No such luck. Oh well. I planned to keep trying.
I got back to the seat at 10 exactly only to hear DH complain about how many people he had to shoo away from my spot. The fireworks started and how much could we see? Oh about 20%. Yep, thats it folks. A whopping 20% of the fireworks were visible. We had only see wishes from Ohanas last year (no clue why we didnt stay in MK for them) so I was sad to not be able to see them. But at least we had seen them from Ohanas on Sat. We decided to go use our FPs for SM while everyone was watching the fireworks.
There was a huge crowd in Frontierland watching them (mental note to remember that for next time) and we had to squeeze by way too many people to get to the FP return line. We were the next in line when all of the sudden they announced they were having tech. difficulties and had to close SM. WHAT??

The CM said there was no way to get our FPs back either. Great. So we turned back around and headed into the zillionith herd of cattle for the day. What to do now? We had about 10 min. until the Space Mt. FPs were up so we went that way. ALL THAT WAY. We were pooped and I bet if I had said screw it..we would have left. But I really wanted to ride SM b/c its the only one I remember from my first trip in 1985.
We showed up and had about a 10 min FP wait but it was worth it!!! I love this ride and didnt remember it being so fast!!

We planned to get FPs here first thing Friday AM on our half day. We skipped Stichs Great Escape and the Toy Story ride this year
we werent that impressed with them before. Oh well. After SM we noticed another Specto. Parade just started. I told DH we had to high tail it out of there..if we could beat the parade then we would beat the hamburger heading for the exits afterwards. So we trekked like mall walkers out of the park, caught our bus, headed back to CSR and got ready to crash out. No towel animals were waiting for us. Oh well. Before we went to bed I tried my Tide Stain removal pen on the mysterious spots on my capris. Not impressed.

The spots did fade but well see what happens when I wash them (for free!!!) at SSR later on in the week. Perhaps it has to be a fresh stain to work. Who knows. Anyway, I think it was after midnight by then. I set the alarm for 7 b/c we had a 9:30am ADR for Boma and who knew how long it would take to get there.
Up next..our day at Animal Kingdom!
