LOL, My friend Emily (not any of the ones on here) Was born on the EXACT SAME DAY as me! She's like half a day older, but she lived in Texas for a year, and she talks about it a lot. My other friend is from Kansas. Her Uncle owns Cedar Point.

I've heard people talking about it before. I never really thought of it as a major deal, judging by how nonchalant the conversation was. "Oh, the bees are dying."

Yeah, I read it on a science website. They must be really brave to sacrifice themselves for their whole hive. My old science teacher told us about pesticides, she was kind of kooky so i didn't really beleive her but this is definitly on my WoW factor.

if you think about it, that hive is the bee's whole life. They were born there, they work to protect it (by dying for it) they work to feed its members (by pollination) they breed for it (the drones. they're whole life is mating with the queen. these don't have stingers)

Bees live and die for their hive.

Most people see them as those huge scary bugs that they run in the other direction from.
And nothing else.

everyone really should. Bees do so much for our lifestyle.

I agree I'm also one of those people who will run away from the bees but i won't kill them. I never really realized though that bees can do so much and are a big part of our lifestyle.

Are the clothes you're wearing made out of cotten?
Did you eat any fruit from a tree or a vegetable today?
Do you wear perfume that smells like flowers or fruit?
Do you have flowers or potpourri in your house?
Do you have cotton sheets on your bed?
What about your shampoo, does it have any fruit extract in it?
What about the obvious one, honey?

You wouldn't have any of that without bees.

who cares!!!! i don't even like honey...and no we don't have flowers,potporri, and i don't wear perfume, and if all the bees did die we could find something else to replace cotton i don't see why your making a big deal over a bunch of annoying bugs....
