I'm going to see it tonight so I was wanting to see what I was getting myself into. :)

We had the choice of this or Happy Feet. My brother chose this one because he thought the parents would die watching Happy Feet. I just know he is going to regret this..

I think it looks rubbish but I am going to put a great big smile on my face for everyone's sake. I think they have had enough of my sulks for one lifetime; espicially since it's close to Christmas. :) :teeth:

It's "Freezing Fog" outside so we decided it'd be insane to go outside. Suits me just fine; gives me a chance to watch Torchwood and the worst christmas of my life. :)

What a shame Matt, we're going to see it on Christmas Eve, so your opinion would've been useful :)

We're going to go and see it over the holidays ~ Would be interested to know peoples opinions.

every one I work with has seen it, all hated it and for different reasons, one said Cameron was just too annoying, one said Jack Black wasn't in it enough, another one said Kate wasn't beleivable. I think I'll wait til DVD!

Me too ~ Will wait until it comes out on dvd.

I think the big problem is that rom-com has been overdone at this time of year, everyone is trying to emulate the Love Actually/Bridget Jones type of success but there are very few original ideas around.

I completely agree  I am now looking through the free Metro paper for something else to see with my mum tomorrow :goodvibes

I saw it at the weekend and it was excellent. A real feel good film and perfect for this time of year.

Sorry guys, but I really enjoyed this, I went in feeling depressed and just wanted something to do to fill my time, and came out, really happy and uplifted, I thought it was a lovely story, although sometimes I felt they gave more screen time to Diaz/ Law than Black/ Winslet, but on the whole I thought it was romantic enjoyable fluff, a great afternoon entertainment :thumbsup2

That's good to hear Claire, I'll definately watch it but I'll wait til dvd :thumbsup2

I can't comment as I haven't seen it, but we went to see Happy Feet last night which was excellent and so cute.
