What is wrong with people? On the local news they were just saying that a severed cow's head was found on top of a traffic control box at a busy intersection. Why on earth would someone want to do such a thing? They do think it is a prank. So far they have not found the body of the cow.
I simply can't understand how someone would even think to do such a thing.
Do weird things like this happen elsewhere?
