no, he played for the wilmington blue rocks, the single a team in the carolina league. when he played for them, they were the single a team for the red sox, but now they're the single a team for the kansas city royals, he was only 22 when he played there :') bby. then he went to the portland sea dogs, our double a team. and that's where the one red sleeve originated.

2010 season:
he only played 18 games, and i'm so so so lucky to have gone to the game on the 5th august because he came off the DL on the 4th. fate? i hate the fact that people call you 'soft' because you FRACTURED YOUR RIBS. okay you lot, why don't you have adrian beltre run into you at full pelt while you sliding along the floor at top speed and see how much that hurts? it's not an acceptable reson to dislike someone. dustin pedroia broke his foot and everyone was like 'oh, what a shame.' and then els breaks his ribs and everyone's like 'this is not an acceptable reason not to play'. just, shut up. it must have been horrible to miss so many games. i'm so glad that when you came back you stole 4 bases against the yankees in 1 game!
kelsey hawkins:
kelsey is such a sweetheart, and you're both so so lucky. your apartment in boston is hawt. i love the way she's so supportive of you, and doesn't mind how many times you go on the road, and she's there with the other red sox wags at fenway, and they're all in their red sox gear. she's really pretty and she gives you the cutest nicknames on twitter. i'm glad you have each other.
2011 season:
wowoowowowowowowowowoowowowow!! 2 homers in 2 games, and you've almost beaten your no. of homers per season in the first month or so. you got the first two runs done in detriot yesterday, and stole ANOTHER base. love that base stealin'. your speed never fails to amaze me, and that catch yesterday, dang. you're ON FIRE and a sure fire for this year's all star game! people are like 'ichiro, move over, there's a new leadoff hitter taking over'. you're the hottest leadoff in the american league (in some ways more than others OOOOO) i also love the fact that you’re beating derek jeter in pretty much everything, teheh.
