OK, I'll just say it right now...

I HEART PLANKTON! I think he is the most hysterical character on that show and the "friend" episode (along with Plankton's version of that song) is a classic.

OP here - ahhh I am glad I am not the only one

I was driving home and this episode (Grave Yard Shift) was on for my son and his friends (the 12 year old) in the van, and I could only hear the dialogue - and it still cracks me up! Just hearing it -you know - and I hate to admit this - but I think they have some genius writing on some of those episodes!!!

In the Spongebob Trivia Book, Mr. Krabs says that Pearl takes after her mother, which implys that Mr. Krabs married a whale and that Pearls mother is a whale. In "Dunces and Dragons", it is shown that whales have existed in the Krabs family hundreds of years in the past.
