I guess it was going to happen sooner or later. Since I have caught the "fever" not many people have been able to understand how much it means to me to be in parks. Just recently I was at work and was trying to explain why I love Disneyland so much. Well, the only thing that I was successful at was getting made fun of, ALL DAY LONG. Is it just not possible for everyone to appreciate Disneyland on the level that I do? Has anyone else had an experience like mine?
of all the nerve...Its a miracle I am even getting her to go next weekend...and to the OP...I get this every single day of my life...be glad its only at work...I get it there and at home as well...no respect...no respect i tell ya
Just kidding, I hope and wish every day that my kids grow up to love Disney as much as I do because I don't wanna have to disown them. You know that old saying, "DL is thicker than water"
to the DIS! You've found the right place for DL obsession.

DH and I have annual passes and try to go once a month. We drop DD15 at high school (she doesn't want to miss school anymore) and off we go for the day! We always have a ton of fun - but you all know that!! And the looks we get from friends and coworkers goes something like this

I have a large souvenier map of DCA on my cubicle wall and a Stitch plush on my desk. They teased me now and then but sometimes their comments stung a little. I try not to let it get to me and I'm not taking down my DCA map or removing Stitch just because of their comments.
