Finally got to see the movie. And I LOVED it! I laughed till I cried. But I do think they showed a lot of the "funny" in the previews.

But still that baby:rotfl2: and Mr. Chow? I think that was his name= The toodeloo :rotfl2:

I totally agree with you!

When you need to laugh and are having a bad day, this movie will make you laugh till you cry!!

I loved it and Bradley Cooper wasn't too bad to look at either!!

DW and I thought this was the funniest movie we have seen in some time. All of our friends have loved it.

Bradley Cooper is so fine!

I thought the entire movie was hilarious, but the picture montage at the end had me rolling.

This movie was HILARIOUS!! I loved it...there are so many one-liners in there, I went to see it with a friend and little by little the rest of my friends have seen it and they have all liked it too...

Tigers *LOVE* Pepper ! lmao

question: Is this film just all about drinking and the results of too much alcohol? See, I'm one of those people who doesn't always think that's funny so before I pays me money, I'd like to know a liitle more. TIA!

I think I can say this because the previews basically tell you the samething,

They do get drunk and a little more at a bachelor party. When they wake-up the next morning they realize they have lost the groom. What is funny is trying to find him and the situations they find themselves in. The people they meet along the way. What makes the movie are the pictures during the credits finish telling the whole story. In no way does the film gloify drunkenness.

Not exactly....major, major spoiler so highlight to read if you want to know what makes it funny...

WARNING: NOBODY CAN QUOTE ME OR THE SPOILER WILL SHOW UP IN THE QUOTE

This is what happened......one of the guys offered everyone a drink before they went off to start the night...he slipped what he thought was ecstasy in their drinks. Don't worry, this stunt was very much in context with the character. Anyway, it turns out, it was Rufies. So they wake up and have to find clues to what the hell happened the night before because they can't remember anything. The groom is missing, they find a baby in the room...it was hysterical. We really don't see them doing any partying. We see them frantically looking for their missing friend.

The baby made the whole movie. He was soooooo adorable.

I can't wait for the unedited DVD to come out! Oh those pictures at the end :rotfl2:

But I did see a kid of about 9 in there and it was WAY inappropriate for him! I didn't think it glorified drinking in any way. In fact it shows how badly things can go. I'm still giggling today as I remember lines. I may need to see it again too!

We loved it too! I can't wait to buy it :)

You must have been in the same theater as I was. :rolleyes1 I told my DH before the movie started that I bet there will be at least one kid ~ and he didn't believe me.

Yup, there was a kid around 10 years old with a woman (whether mother, sister, babysitter) and that movie is HIGHLY inappropriate for children.:scared1:

My DH thought the pics at the end were the best part of the movie...though he did enjoy the rest of it. :)

We had gone to see The Proposal, which I was told it was really funny...better than The Hangover. I kept waiting for it to be really good. It was cute and funny, but not what it had been built up to be.

Then we saw The Hangover. I laughed till I got a headache. So funny. It is definitely for adults, I wouldn't recommend it for kids. I couldn't believe some of the things they had gotten away with portraying in this film. I can see how some might find it inappropriate...but I'm not one of them. I thought it was hilarious. :thumbsup2

They are making a hangover 2, not sure how they'll top this one though.
