I don't think it has been confirmed (I'm assuming you mean me saying he was sorted into Hufflepuff. I said it as a hypothetical thing, seeing as Evanna was sorted into Gryffindor instead of Ravenclaw).

A few posts up someone else I follow was so excited that he was sorted into Hufflepuff and that confused me.

meh, to each their own. I just don't really identify with that house as much as others.
