So those who are going to the Soiree, are you dressing up and if so what as?

I'm having trouble trying to figure out what to wear, last year I saw some pretty amazing outfits and nearly 95% of the guests were dressed up. I swear they must of been freezing because it was bitterly cold and they wasn't wearing coats. :confused3

If you have been before what did you wear?

I was there last year, and just like then, I'll be wearing a jeans and a sweather, haha.

I don't do dress ups :p

I'm 99% sure I will be going as Cruella De Vil and DD as a dalmation! I just need to actually buy the bits for it!

Wasn't it freezing last year! By the time Dreams was on for the 2nd time I couldn't even feel my feet, let alone my hands :rotfl: Then I saw my friend walking around the park in some skimpy little number! Crazy people!

My DD is either going as Duffy the Pumpkin bear, or Roger Rabbit. I need to see a weather forecast before I decide.
I was hoping going as myself would be scary enough LOL.

We don't plan on dressing up, I will be way too cold for that!! I did think about it, but figured there was no point as no one would see my costume under my coat and other layers!!

Haha yes!
During the day it was very nice though, but indeed, already during the first Dreams show it was getting very cold.
Due to that, we didn't stay till 1am, we left after the 2nd Dreams show.
I couldn't feel my feet or my hands anymore.
I filmed the 2nd show, and you can really see the camera shaking from me being cold, haha!

I did think maybe a fluffy onesie. Some people were wearing them last year.

We stayed till just after 1am, I think it took me a week to warm up after that LOL. I am hoping it won't be that cold this year, but then again who am I kidding? Hahaha

I've been planning my costume for months now.

Something went wrong with the fluffy onsie i ordered. So now it is improvisation time.

Going to work on it next week with a good friend :D

We were there last year ..... it was absolutely freezing .... way colder than previous times we have been there. I will try and find photos of our costumes and post them on here. Wish we were going this year for Halloween but instead we are going next week as it fitted in better with work. The Halloween Soiree is always a brilliant experience, and we loved the Terrorific night too last year.

I'm based my costume on cold weather..
I can put on sweaters underneath and thermo pants, legwarmers.

DD and friend dressed up as vampires ... how she didn't freeze to death in that red dress I will never know.

myself and DH dressed as Victorian Undertakers ....

I had so many layers on under this costume ... it was so cold that night.

Our group in 2006:

Dressed as pirates in 2005:

They have shows, all rides are open, character all out and about. Dreams is on twice that evening.

It is a lot of fun, yet very cold!

My Skeleton dress came yesterday, still not sure on it. I need to see what it looks like after I've layered it.

I've only told a couple of friend what i'm for Halloween.. But i can share with you guys.

I'm going as Dale as a ghost.. Something went wrong so the ghost is to replace the fail.
And i'll bring my Duffy as Chip as a ghost.

So basically i'm going as Chip and Dale dressed as ghosts

Wish I was going for this evening, it sounds like such fun.

Love the photos, Sarah, I remember how talented you are with costumes.

Really hope everyone will post photos of their costumes on this thread when they get back, it would be great to see them.

The costume photos are fab! :thumbsup2

Are adults allowed to dress up all day on Halloween or just at the Party?

Wow the costumes are fab, looks like a fun night!

Halloween season has never appealed to me before...but now...:rotfl:

Maybe when the kids are a bit older...
