Does anyone know if they sell the Birthday Mickey Mouse in the gift shop at Pop?? We are celebrating DS's birthday and I want to surprise him with one in the room and don't want to go through the big ta-do of ordering a big gift basket again. I was thinkiing I could grab one while he and DH hit the arcade...

I was just trying to register at the costco site so I could order 2 cases of water to be shipped... when I typed in the POP address as the shipping address, it said that "address was not found ... did I want to edit my address" So I just put 'use this address' .... Has anyone else had any problems with this?

Also, if you order ahead of time (like if you order 1 1/2 weeks before your trip), is there anyway you can call to check if it arrived? Or track the delivery somehow?

I am ordering for 2 families and I don't want to mess it up.

I was thinking I wanted to call and make sure mine arrived also. It will have our diapers and babys tuff in it, I do not want ot ge there and find out it didn't arrive or got lost.

I did read that all Disney packages got to a central place and then are delivered VIA disney shipping to each resort. We are arriving on the 16th, and shipping on the 7th. I was thinking I would call on the 14th or 15th to see if it arrived okay.

We ordered 4 cases of water from Costco to be delivered to CSR last year.
I ordered 3 days before our trip and it arrived a day before we arrived.
However, the resort said it would be delivered to our room.
We had to call bell services 3 times.... they said they could not locate our water. 3 hours later it was delivered to our room. One case of 36 bottles ad been cut open and the box taped together and with only 9 of the 24 bottles of water in the case.
Costco reimbursed me for the case but it was Disney that had opened the case and the delay in delivery was they were busy taping the boxes up.

Wow, sorry you had to go through that. They probably should have double labeled the cases when they were delivered.

Yes that is correct. We were trying to get from CSR to Poly for dinner and ended up being late because we had changing of the bus driver. The next driver was 20 min late thus making us late. So you never know what will happen. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Agreed, you need at least that much time. Be at the bus stop at 7:15.

Let's say you get there at 7:15. The bus arrives in 10 minutes, people board, and it drives away at 7:30. You arrive at the AK at 7:42. Then you have to go through bag check and the turnstiles (far right ). So now it's 7:50 and you still have to walk all the way to Tusker House, stopping to take a picture or two in the empty park, of course. You get there right at 8. The breakfast is popular and you still might have to wait to be seated, plus they take a photo before you go to your table.

Even if the bus got there right at 7:15, you really wouldn't be that early.

Yes, we just returned from POP yesterday and you need to allow time to get to and from places and to change busses if going to another resort. We ate at WCC at Wilderness Lodge and had no problems at all. The bu system at POP is the best because they dont have to share with other resorts!!

I was really worried when I booked it, but you all have put my mind more at ease

I'm not sure who originally posted those times that I included in Post #1, but I'm MOST certain that truly is JUST the DRIVING time. That does not take into consideration waiting for the buses. As someone else mentioned, the fortunate thing is that POP doesn't stop off at other resorts to pick guests up!!

I'll be right on your heals arriving on 9/20....so keep it lively there for my arrival!
