You can meet him just about any day in Suess Landing. You will need to check the park map for meeting times.

Well, to my understanding at Grinchmas he is in full dress, like the movie. During everydat meat and greets he is in more of the usual costumes with the enlarged heads and saggy fabrics.... I have only gathered this from pictures I have seen though

Yes...he's in a more casual costume than at Grinchmas.

well thanks for that, what a shame the costume one is not quite so exciting is it!
