Thats awesome that you got new shoes for free! I can't imagine walking around those parks with a broken shoe..or no shoe. I think I'm going to take advantage of the paparazzi on this upcoming trip of ours...I've never really gotten into them, but yours are turning out so cute. The pictures with baby simba are super cute, but I think all of the Tink ones are my favorite.

Soooo it sounds like, IF Landon had been awake, you would have attempted its tough to be a bug. I just dont think I will be able to help myself, hopefully Conner won't crap his pants, I'll just sit near the exit.

Did you take Landon into any of the 3D shows on this trip??

I was so upset when my shoe broke!!! Luckily it broke in Disney World!! I only had one other pair of shoes and they weren't really walking shoes!! Haha. You need to let the paparazzi take a million pics of you!! And be sure to ask as many as possible if they do magic shots!!

I would've probably taken Landon to ITTBAB if he were awake but Dustin and Steph both said they thought he wouldn't have liked it.

Later in the week, I took him on Philharmagic. He didn't wear the glasses but still very much enjoyed it.

I want to get the Simba picture! Me and my sis have to do that. We both love the Lion King.

That picture of you guys jumping in front of the Tree of Life is great. Dustin's face is priceless.

That's awesome they gave you a free pair of shoes! It's moments like that that make you looooove Disney World (as if we needed another reason!). I like your flip flops that broke lol. Where did you get those? I'll have to look for them while I'm down there.

I know right, Disney is really the greatest!!! Um...the one I got that broke I actually got last year but they were in many places. Pretty much all the bigger gift shops (like World of Disney, Mouse Gears, the one with lots of clothes in the Contemporary, Pop, etc.). Last year I only ever saw them in black but they have them in white this year too!

LOVED the video! And the photopass pics are wonderful! I wasnt too sure I was going to take advantage of that this trip but in seeing yours now I am thinking I have to! Its just me a DF and it really does bring home the magic!

Thanks!! You totally need to take tons of Photopass pics. My main tip for that is to ask for what pictures you want, ask them about magic shots, etc. They will not say no if you ask, but if you don't...the chances are very high that they will just try to get everyone to smile and then be done after just one. I also love the borders and stuff you can add. It's really just great.

Landon is seriously being so good this whole trip...he naps when he gets tired, runs when he is hyper and just takes it all in

I'm obsessed with jumping pics. So practice for next July. I'm aaaaaallllllllllllllllllll about the PP pics. I think it makes a huge difference, especially since I always have simple point and shoots and they use SLR's. They are just clearer and better quality!!! And so fun!! I always feel like a kid next to them!! It causes some serious neck aches!!

Girl, I got soooo lucky with Landon. He's always been so well behaved. And extra-luckily for me, even when he is crying/throwing tantrums...he's pretty quiet!!

I seriously have no idea what people are talking about when they say the magic is gone. My trip only got more and more magical.

After our magical AK day, we went back and had dinner at the Pop food court. I’m pretty sure I had a burger and cheese fries. I don’t think I could get anything besides cheese fries at Pop if I tried…Anywho, this year I finally tried that infamous Pop tie-dye cheesecake and here is one of my few food porn pics of the whole trick. Who can guess why I picked this slice?

If you guessed because it was Broncos colors, then you would be correct!! Haha. Go Broncos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While we were eating, Landon would stand up and wave at every single person who walked by while saying “hi”. It was really cute except no one was saying hi back to him! Jerks!! Haha. Oh well…luckily he was too young to care!! Haha.

After we were all done eating, we went…to the pool!! Woohoo!! Everyone but Landon had their swim suits on (because I didn’t want to put his swim diaper on before we were actually there) so after I quickly changed him in the bathroom, we headed out.

Dustin had been waiting for us in one of the lounge chairs and Landon quickly joined him.

I love this one ^ It’s like all at once it hit Landon that he wasn’t in the pool and was like “why am I playing on this silly seat when I could be in the water?!”

For the first little bit, Dustin played the part of paparazzi. I’ll just let the pics do the talking!

Next, we went to check out the kiddie pool and stopped to get a pic with Baloo and Mowgli!

The water in the kiddie pool was FREEZING though so we weren’t in there for very long before heading back to the big one!! Steph and Dustin switched places and Steph was behind the camera!

Swimming was so fun!! Nothing too eventful…just pure, unadulterated play time. It was magical.

We got back to the room and Landon went right to the drawer with fruit snacks…haha silly boy.

And we finally wrangled him into bed and he went to bed much more quickly this night after a long night of swimming!! What a great day!!

Would tomorrow be the same?

Landon is super tall. He as in like the 97th percentile during his last doctor's visit.

You should be able to find them easily!! One of my favorite things about having a kid is that now I can buy myself crap until I'm blue in the face and say it's from him. (And everyone KNOWS that I didn't buy it from myself...haha, right?)

Yeah, I did get soaked on Kali. It felt good and we dried rather quickly. It is a huge matter of personal comfort though. Don't wear white shorts like I did. It was like Janet Jackson level wardrobe malfunction...but it isn't something I would recommend nor do again.

The cheesecake was pretty good. It was actually half colored cheesecake, half red-velvet cake. Definitely an interesting combo. I don't like too many things crazy colored...but I can usually do baked stuff. Maybe it's because I've made my own tie dye cupcakes?

We woke up to a brand new day in the World!! Today our destination would be EPCOT!!!! Yay!!! We had a breakfast date with some of our fellow princesses and we were psyched!!! We got there before the park opened and it was great!! If you were around for my tr last year, you know that’s how I like to roll!!

I unfortunately didn’t get any pics of a vacant Epcot, but we got to Norway no problem and were seated in a timely manner at Akershus!! And we were seated right by the door where the princesses come out!! Score!!

Can I just say how freaking obsessed I am with their breakfast potato casserole thing? It is to die for. That’s my last breakfast ever. Haha. I couldn’t get over how good it was. Landon was digging the eggs this morning and both Steph and Dustin liked everything! Aurora came first and Landon could not stop staring at her!! Here she is trying to get him to look at the camera:

Even when he stopped facing her, he was still staring at her!!

Cinderella was up next!!

(bahahaha Dustin totally photobombed that one. I just now noticed. How funny.)

Snow White came next and she was super cute and super sweet!!

Finally, we saw everyone’s favorite mermaid!! Landon was feeling her necklace but not so much her.

Nothing was too particularly memorable from this breakfast (besides the potato thing), but it was still better than last year. The princesses were better than last year, but I often get the feeling at those places that they treat my party with less magic because our only girls are adults and the only little one is boy. You could kind of hear them go on and on with other little girls, but us they pretty much just posed. And I promise, I always try really hard to talk to them about fun stuff. I only run into this problem at breakfast though and not out in the park!

Anywho, we finished our meal. I had to let Dustin and Steph “pay” (we were on the meal plan) and leave early because Landon was getting a little antsy. We start heading back to FUTURE WORLD!!! I was so excited. I love the great rides they have there!! On the little area where Future World and the World Showcase connect, we also obtained a Kim Possible mission time!!

We walked through Test Track, grabbed Fast Passes and then went to grab our Parent Swap for Mission: Space!! Dustin and Steph went first and I took Landon to the gift shop. We played with a few things there until I discovered how flippin awesome the exit was. Landon had fun playing a few of the games, but mostly loved the little playground they had. It was perfect for him and he was the only little guy in there!! I thought it was great!

When Dustin and Steph finally came out, Dustin was freakin out over how awesome he thought it was and was practically dragging me out for my turn so he could go again. We did the orange side, if that’s the “intense” one. If not, we did the other one. I think it may be kind of silly without the feeling. I absolutely LOVED the feeling it gave me and thought it was so fun!! I can’t believe this ride slipped through the cracks before and I had never been on it!! It was a hit!!

Afterwards, we meandered over to Spaceship Earth and traveled through time. Landon loved it. I rode with him of course!!

I managed to get one of the 4 of us at the end!!

By then, we were able to get more Fast Passes, so we headed towards the Land!!

We sent Dustin to go get Soarin’ fast passes and then we all embarked on a little boat to go on Living with the Land. Steph absolutely loved this ride and was enjoying every single part of it. She is such a dork with that kind of stuff and got all excited about it. I love her! Landon did so good on this ride too and just quietly sat with me and looked at everything. He wasn’t wiggly or fussy or anything.

After that, it was time for our KP mission, so we headed back to the World Showcase!! Would we save the world before it was too late?

I haven't been on Mission Space in a long time. My ex hated it so we never went on it. I'm hoping to get on it this trip. I always end up quoting Forrest Gump on this ride though haha

I know what you mean-- I really wanted to do the princess breakfast, but I'd feel a little silly with just DBF and I. I feel like they'd totally ignore us and it would be pretty awkward. I can definitely see why Landon stared at that Aurora-- she's gorgeous!
I love roller coasters/thrill rides, but I've only been on the green side of MS! Something about "spinning" freaks me out! One day!
