We went for 3 days for my DD's birthday. I asked this question before we had our trip and I got the same answers - do what you want. I figured that I would let my DD decide what she wanted to do. When we were checking into the DLH, our CM was "earning his ears" and the trainer actually got a Birthday Button out and wrote my DD's name on it. They both made a big deal of my DD's birthday. My DD got a picture signed from Goofy. That night when we returned from the Parks, there was Mickey and Minnie Cookies and milk, a note and a picture signed from the Pooh characters. Everyone who saw the button, CM's and guests, wished my DD a Happy Birthday! The next day, my DD's actual birthday, we had breakfast at Surf's Up. She received a special cupcake with a candle and a song. Stitch played a lot with her as he is one of her favorite characters and the reason we had breakfast there. My DD's favorite pictures are of Stitch photo bombing the pictures we were taking of the other characters. Stitch photo bombed a picture with each of the other characters. As we were leaving Stitch communicated that DD needed another picture with Mickey so he could photo bomb it. We had an early dinner/late lunch at Carnation Cafe and our Waitress recognized my DD's birthday with Tinkerbell lightup on her drink and a cupcake. The next day we had breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen. Again my DD received a cupcake and a song. Goofy kept coming over to our table and interacting with my DD. All in all, we had a great time. Oh, my DD went to the front desk to tell them "thank you" for the cookies and milk. The CM asked what her plans were for the day and my DD mentioned that she was going to view WOC that night. We got a call later and the CM had made arrangements for my DD and I to have VIP seating for WOC.
