The Grant Mentor--anyone having trouble?

I signed up for this one, but when I call the phone # there is nothing! No ring, just dead air. I tried on the website, but no where to email. Anyone have any contact information for them? I have until monday, but I'm worried that no one will be there on a holiday.

I was able to cancel with this number 866-407-1028 they are open 8-6 pst which might be why you didn't get anyone yet. They did try to charge my prepaid after I canceled though even though I have a cancellation number.

yup having problems too. i have been calling for 3 days and they tell me its cancelled but wont give me a cancel con. 3 they said they would e-mail me a confirmation letter in my e-mail that was 3 days ago. so i'm still trying too.

i just called and it sounds like the pick up and hang right up...

I also cant get the Utima people to answer the phone

I did get thru after lunch. But what had got me worried was when I called earlier there was nothing...no ring, no busy signal, nothing. In fact I had them on speaker phone and had forgotten I was still waiting and it had been like that --dead silence--for 10 minutes!

They told me they would email me, i have heard that before. Thank goodness I keep a low balance on my prepaids!!!
