I love Sophia and Dorothy. They have such a great sarcastic sense of humor that I identify with.

I used to watch that show on Saturday nights with my mom. It was our little tradition. We'd have a bowl of ice cream too. We would have done cheesecake in honor of the "girls" but I didn't like cheesecake back then.

i love the show so much i have season 2 3 and 4 on dvd! i love all of them but i really like dorthy's dry wit.

I love them all. Dorothy's sense of humor is like mine. and Blanche is just awesome. Sophia reminds me of my grandma. Rose is exactly like my best friend.

I love them all, also but Dorothy and I had soooo much in common, both from Brooklyn, both majored in English, both had a son named Michael and an IDIOT for an ex, both had DEEP voices and a very sharp wit, and mostly we both had a Mom with a MOUTH that used it!!! Sophia is so much like my Mom it wasn't funny and we spent hours just laughing at her! I miss my Mom and her wit, watching the show brings her back to me.

I LOVE the Golden Girls! DH hates it! It has kind of a calming effect on my when I hear the theme song. Gosh I don't really have a favorite but Sophia and Rose make me laugh the most.

So funny, DD now age 12 when she was only around 2 would get so excited and run to the TV when the theme song would play...I think I even have it on tape of her doing that too.....AND she would sit and watch the whole show too!!!

I just love that show....don't really have a favorite though....will be watching it in about 25 minutes...on lifetime.....my "night-time ritual"

I just bought the 3rd season on DVD. Haven't found the first two yet, but I will be buying the 4th season on DH's next payday! I love Dorothy! She's me through and through, except for the bad marriage. Her comments and thoughts...all me!
