You all shouldn't worry about losing weight.
The weights you all describe are normal...and plus our weights are changing like crazy because we're all going through puberty. That's just normal! It's okay to want to be in shape, I go to the gym every Tuesday and Thursday after school, but don't totally focus on losing weight. Just eat healthy and get exercise. The scale will become your worst enemy!
