I knew we had something in common with your family!!!!! My twins birthday is on Nov. 26th (they just turned 1) !!! I also have the same "appreation" (yeah right) for the snappy nurses in the er dept. I know that they are busy, but gee, I don't just go to the er for fun because I have nothing better to do. I am their for a medical emergency not to be annoyed.

Keep the story comming. I am sure more simmilarities will be found!!
