Heya girls. I need some help here. Im not looking to go into any serious detail here...just a little help. How often, if ever have you missed your period? If so, does it happen often? Is it a definite sign of pregnancy? Is it stress related? Please any info would be so helpful :) Thank you

I've missed a period once and didn't have one for about seven weeks. There was no way I could have been pregnant, but my mom said that when you're in your teens/early twenties your period is adjusting to your hormones and can sometimes be off. Of course if there is a chance she might be pregnant, wait a month, or get a test!

Okay...this is a girly question

I have a cold right now(I have for about a week) and it's been about a month since my last period. But for the last week I have NOT been able to stop eating. It's like I'm never satisfied. I keep thinking it's because of my period coming soon, but usually I only "binge" the day or two before my period. But seriously. I CAN'T STOP EATING. I just feel really gross and I can't work out or anything really because of the stupid cold -I don't have enough energy - even with the excess eating. Anyone know a reason for this or a way to suppress my hunger?

No offense but it sound like your pregnant. :lmao:

About the food thing, just don't let yourself eat it. Limit yourself to your three meals a day and two small snacks, drink lots of water to help curb your cravings. :)
