I really enjoyed the Delia commenting on how Sonny's dad looked like her husband Roger. For those of us who watched Ryan's Hope, it was the same actor.

I caught that and thought that was so funny! I love having dehlia in the stry line.
I loved her (Ilene Kristen?) in OLTL, years after ryan's hope. she played rex's mom. but turned out to be Schuyler's mom instead. and she had a thing with the Buchanan's butler.

I love the way she was always mixing up her word pronunciations. she hasn't done that much this time.

amazing how often that happens on soaps. no waiting on a long registry list. a freind or family member just died!!!!! you get their heart!

And here we are with another re-tread story. I guess Maxie can counsel Alice about being a heart recipient...

Rafe has been pretty useless, so I guess this is as good a way to get rid of him as any other...but I so wish it was Levi. Rafe doesn't actively annoy me, and I just want to punch Levi, and not in the delicious villain way!

This didn't even cross my mind but it makes sense. Rafe's character has been boring for so long! His character has no real purpose so I think its time for him to go.

I also wish it was Levi! I could deal with boring but not with annoying. I can't wait till he's gone!

You know, I almost forgot about Maxie being a heart transplant recipient. Is it medically OK that she was pregnant (and with someone else's child) without it at least needing special care? I don't remember anyone even mentioning her transplant situation when she was pregnant.

Nulu tried to use it against her in the custody hearing, saying she was unfit because she didn't mention the baby could have her genetic heart defect...but I think that was about it. I think they also brought it up at the beginning and said it wasn't a problem -- it was acknowledged but glossed over other than Felicia & Mac's concerns.

Actually, I think Joselyn has Jake's liver. In a perfect "Soap World", she has part of Jake's liver and he really isn't dead.

I agree with you. I refuse to believe they let a Hardy/Quatermaine child die. That is just not acceptable! What a waste of a legacy...

Well it would make him more interesting...but Helena is too smart to have an immigration issue.

If the idea is to make Nathan's poor acting more palatable -- dare I say it's working? If all the scenes are Maxie, Nathan and Levi, Levi is definitely the one I most want to eject. Kristen Storms (Maxie) deserves so much better!

My SIL is currently pregnant and also a heart transplant recipient. She had to be able to go off her antirejection meds and have stable blood pressure. She is considered high risk, but so far her pregnancy has been 100% normal. She is 21 weeks.

It was actually Jake's kidneys. The only reason I remember is because I worked in nephrology at the time.

I read somewhere, I think in this weeks SOD, that Tony Geary will be out for a while as he's got some type of surgery coming up.....
