The GH Official Thread Part 3

So what do we think is going to prevent Nina from actually coming clean with Sonny? There's no way her crash and burn scene is going to be as simple as her voluntarily confessing to Sonny that she turned in Carly and Drew to the SEC. It really cannot be as simple as a conversation. Maybe Willow will ask for her....or Sonny will get a phone call....or....

I'm going to guess they will be interrupted right when she is about to tell him. I was wondering if they were going to do yet another amnesia storyline where Ned doesn't remember and Nina feels she's safe or perhaps in a twist, Ned pretends to not remember, but feels it would benefit him to have Nina under his thumb.

Did the show air today?I usually watch on Hulu after I get off work and not there
I don't know. I usually record it, but when I got home, I noticed that it hadn't recorded, and it hadn't yesterday either. So I checked for tomorrow, and for some reason, the recording got cancelled. (Ordinarily, I set it up over the weekend so that it will record every day.

I'm hoping the interruption is that Ned wakes up and is neurologically intact and the first thing he says is, "Nina is the one who turned the information over to the SEC!!!" That would be sweet. :) But that would be too easy and would wrap up the Nina "crash and burn" storyline too quickly for soap world.

I'm not sure if we discussed this already, but do you guys think Curtis is really Trina's dad or will it be yet another switcheroo storyline?

It's quite possible. Curtis told Selina about the upcoming DNA test and she said something like, "I can make that test say whatever you want." He told her no thanks, he just wanted the truth. But why would they have had that exchange if it wasn't a hint as to what she might do. I supposed Selina just wants to keep Curtis happy since he's letting her use his back room for poker games. On that subject, I'm kind of disappointed that Curtis does that. He's supposed to be this ultra-ethical, law and order kind of guy and he lets this mob lady and her pals use his club. It kind of taints his character a little.

OMG, Eddie Maine 🤣

I rolled my eyes when he said that. I wonder if we'll see a bunch of flashbacks of Eddie Maine. Maybe Brooke Lynn will start writing songs for him. :D I did notice they mentioned Eddie Maine in conversation in the last week or so but I never saw this coming. :rolleyes2 I hope he starts asking for Lois and that she comes back. I liked her.

But regarding Selena, I thought she was interested in making the test say that Curtis wasn't Trina's father even if he really was. That way he'd have the freedom to go on adventures without a child to think about?

It could be a switcheroo story but that whole conversation between Curtis and Selena was ridiculous with her reasoning for offering to switch. Far fetched. But.... years back "Auntie" matched with someone in port charles and Trina did also but then deleted her account so unless we are re-writing history (once again lol) Curtis should be her father.

The whole SEC storyline just doesn't make sense, even if Nina is outed, Drew still has to go to jail because he's guilty. They are making it seem like if Nina would just come forward he could avoid going to jail, but doesn't change the fact him and Carly did commit a crime.
