After checking into our rooms last night we found that one of our rooms was not quite "right". I went down to talk to the front desk people and she promised to fix it, while we were out eating dinner. She also game us dinner passes for our entire party to use at PCH,
Storytellers or Steakhouse 55. After dinner we returned to our rooms and found that the room was still not right. This time she moved all of us (both rooms) to view rooms and gave us a $200 room credit. I didn't ask for anything other than for them to fix the room, but they kept throwing free dinners, credits and upgrades at us. Now that's customer service!
