Hey...that would be our fridge & coffeepot...We are the Under-Pop-ulated fridge swap...check our swap...pics we posted match that.

How do we fix this?? Obviously, the fridge we have isn't ours. I wondered how our beautiful box could disappear...

There's a little sticker on the top of the fridge (upper right hand corner) with my contact info on it ...

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to let everyone know that after 12/28/09 this swap will no longer be running. I have been running it for over a year and a half and what has been happening at the POP with them just giving any old fridge to a person who says they have a fridge without even checking the name labeled has really put a bad taste in my mouth.

Also, anyone who has reserved a slot in 2010 I have sent you all PM's and have located new swaps for you. Please get in contact with that swap leader to let them know if you are going to still want the fridge.

I would like to thank everyone who has particpated and I hope you keep on using the fridge swaps as long as they run.

Ok this is the box we got and we got it from the person that's name was pmed to us. It did not have a coffee pot with it and the person ahead of us said it was missing the coffee pot as well. We left it at the luggage claims with the person that was behind us in the swap and I do have the claim ticket number. They are supposed to pick it up today. I had no way of knowing that this was not the fridge we were supposed to get and never got a call from anyone. I hate to hear that this will be the end of it. I thought it was a great thing to share between Dis lovers.

While it's nice to keep this swap going, it would be nicer to return the fridge currently being swapped by this group to the swap the fridge actually belongs to.

If you are, in fact, STILL using our fridge, I'd like to arrange a way to get it back. The pics you posted are obviously ours...please, swap leader, contact me to swap the fridge BACK to my swappers. It's not right that you know it's not yours...yet you are going to continue to swap it. My swappers paid for that fridge and there are a LOT of swappers in my swap waiting to hear about it...

We were supposed to get the fridge back several weeks ago, but your swapper refused to make contact w/ mine...

This just isn't right.

It is a wonderful thing to share between disers...BUT keeping a fridge that obviously isn't yours is not a nice thing to do to other Disers...
