The Fountain at Dolphin

Can anyone share your experience at this restaurant? We never went to Beaches and Cream or The Fountain so wondering if we can get a good burger and Sundae. I'm going back and forth with this one.

I'm curious about this one myself. I've been to Beaches and Cream many time and I love it.

But I would like to know about The Fountain

I prefer the Fountain. After a couple lackluster meals at B&C, we now head to the Fountain for our fix

Good BLT, salads and burgers. Love the apple pie sundae! slice of pie, soft servie icecream and caramel. What is not to like

It is not as well themed as B&C, but the Fountain is larger. Never had to wait for a table. Prices are comparable and service has been great!

Got back from a fantastic stay at the Dolphin last week.

DH and I ate lunch at The Fountain almost everyday. We had everything from burgers, salads, sandwiches (DH LOVED the BLT!!), soup and esp Ice Cream! Every single meal was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. We never had to wait for a table, ever!

The food there is awesome and the ice cream is even better!! We've been to Beaches N Cream and we prefer The Fountain!

I agree with the other posters. We love the burgers, BLT, ice cream & sundaes at the Fountain. Plus, they offer AAA discount.

Thank you everyone. I was hoping the day we go to HS we go for lunch and then a dip in the pool and nap...that works perfect since we are staying at the Swan. I'm so glad we can use our AAA discount too. I want a good burger and great sundae. Now I just can't wait for May....

I had a great late night snack of a chocolate malt and chili fries (very healthy, I know ) a few months ago and it was great! Friendly atmosphere too.

We are "Dolphin people" and we always have wonderful things to say about The Fountain.

IMO, they have the *best* burgers in all of "the world". (And I don't say that lightly, believe me.. ) Their flatbread (fladen) sandwiches are very good too, especially the Cuban, and even their chicken soup is about twice as good as you might expect it to be.

When staying at The Dolphin, we eat there at least once every day.

OOHHH, DH had the chicken soup a few times for lunch. It was amazing!!

that sound so good that I have to try chocolate malt and chili fries...I think one night when we are coming back from Epcot I have to stop by for a night snack. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you...my son loves chicken soup so I'm sure I have to get that for him. I'm so glad the burgers are the best. Do you love Dolphin? I'm getting a rate of $149 for December and I think that's too good to turn down. We wanted to show our son Disney with all the Christmas decoration and seeing characters at their holiday outfits.

ITA!! We've tried ALOT of burgers around WDW, and The Fountain has been consistently at the top of the list.

We like the Fountain much better than Beaches & Cream as well.

You don't need ressies, I douobt they take them. No, they don't take TIW or DDP. You wouldn't be able to charge to your Disney Resort Room either - only if you are staying at the Swolphin.
