The 5k was pretty tough! I was pretty wiped out by the end of it and I was surprised when I didn't need a nap and went straight to a park afterward!

I was! I was an extra in the new Pierce Brosnan movie Salvation Boulevard. It's an indie movie about a super church and also stars Ed Harris, Marissa Tomay, Jennifer Connelly, Jim Gaffigan and Greg Kinnear. I had a ton of fun with it and that is why I decided to definitely go into acting. Thank you! I am glad I will have some people I know in CA!

It was pretty cool seeing all of the characters and costumed CMs. It was a great experience and I definitely want to do it again!

So while Caitlin was racing around Epcot, I was sleeping. I had actually considered getting up and going to cheer her on but the early hour coupled with the cold was too much. So I stayed at Pop and got a little more sleep. (this was pretty out of character for me because I have always been at every sporting event, theatrical production, ceremony you name it-that she has ever been in so I did feel a twinge of guilt for not going along ) Grandma and I slept until about 7:30 and then took turns using the bathroom and getting ready. We headed to the Pop food court around 8:30 for breakfast. That's when the texts started. Yep, Caitlin on the bus touring CM Housing wondering when she'd ever make it back? After breakfast, those yummy kids meals at Pop again, we looked around the gift shop and then waited in the room for Caitlin's return. She got back around 9:30,showered and changed and we were at the Pop bus stop finally around 10. (since I am a rope-dropper this was almost painful for me!)

When we got to Epcot we needed to exhange my GAD ticket for the FP option and the line was HUGE! It was 10:45 before we even got in the park!

The first order of business was some PP pics and pics of the Flower Fest topiaries

We then popped into the "Art of Disney" store. I love the David Doss pictures they carry and hoped to get a new one unfortunately they didn't have anything I was looking for. We did however meet some great CMs! They struck up a conversation with grandma about her GAD pin and then when Caitlin and I walked up they saw her pin that she had done the 5K. They were really impressed that a college kid was so into volunteering that she'd done the GAD and gotten up early on vacation to run. They were really nice and we enjoyed chatting! Caitlin ended up buying a Vinylmation and then we headed out for Canada.

When we arrived in our neighbor to the North...

Caitlin told me she'd decided to try "shopping her way around the World". She was going to get herself a souvie in each country. In Canada she picked up some soap. Not just any soap though. Moose Spit soap

I always love the Bambi topiaries in Canada every year

When we left Canada we headed to the UK. We popped into the tea shop and Caitlin's UK purchase was of course TEA. There were so many to chose from it was a tough decision but she went with the Lady Grey.

After we visited the garden we noticed a sword fight!

We continued on toward France and passed some famous Disney couples along the way
