I got the Firm Fanny Lifter w/ the three sculpt videos. When I bought it, it didn't come w/ the 30 day Rotation Calendar. I was wondering if you guys could help me figure out how I'm supposed to be using this videos. I really enjoyed the cardio sculpt (today was my first day!) I just want this to be effective w/out hurting myself! Thank you guys!!

Please follow the beginner rotations. When I first started last year, I got a little pumped and probably did too much at the beginning. You need to build the muscles around your knees slowly, because if you build your quadracept muscles too quickly it will cause pain in your knees. Usually this goes away as the muscles around the knee build up and match the muscles in the quads.

Some people also have knee problems develop. Remember that the footwork can be difficult, but if you take it slow and easy and learn the steps before adding the weights or moving up in weights it will help reduce the risk of falling. I have fallen off the step before like a klutz!!

Thanks so much for posting back so quickly! I'm anxious to get this working. I haven't done anything fun AND challenging in a while. I like sweating to the oldies, but it's not challenging. I follow Denise Austin's daily workouts, but sometimes I just get so bored w/ her. I'm looking foward to seeing all you guys. I'm so glad I stumbled on to this site!
