(not to be picky, but it's Jojo, not Dora)
Oh my God! I have finally turned into my mother!

Thank you so much for pointing that out or it would be there for months until it dawned on me! I remember when I was a kid it bugged me so much when my mother would get the name of my favourit t.v. character, musician etc mixed up. And here I am doing it! lol!! I think it's the hair colouring of those two that confused me!
Thanks for understanding about the frustration at the character meal. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience at CP - I'm looking forward to reading about it. Hmmm, I just realised that sounds really callous - preying on your misfortune for my reading pleasure.
Shark - Oh man, that woman gets around. lol!! I wasn't really brave - I got the vibe from her that, despite her terrible mood and crankiness, she'd be able to take a joke. Sounds odd considering I didn't know her but you know when you get a vibe? Believe me if I thought for a second she'd get mad at me, I'd have cried!! Thanks for the kind words Shark!
duncanssweetie - Such thoughtful words, thanks!!!! I'm so pleased you're still here.
Ricky's Girl - I'll adopt you if I can move to your house in America!!

You're a gem, thanks for the kind words. I dunno about "amazing mom" though - I'm always chasing my tail but hopefully the kids won't need too much therapy because of me - I need the therapy money for Disney!!!!! Oh, that spot for the parade was the best! It was shady there - you'll notice in the photos that people across the road from us had the sun in their eyes but we had a bit of shade. Also, it's where the parade starts so you get to see it first and then move on!!
Disneyland_Mama Yeah!! You're still here too. I'm delighted. I think the main problem with H&V was the 'invisibleness' of one mom and a small child compared to the many large groups around us. If you're going as a family you're sure to be spotted. And if JoJo and the servers go missing you can look for them while you're looking for Waldo.
