unbelievable, the thought of one hold-out was bad enough, but three not-guilty votes??? What more did they want than the words right out of her mouth??

I just woke up and heard, wow 3-3. Did they say when a new trial date would be set?
At least that is not to far offCourt's in recess until Jan 6.
It may have been those hold out jurors asked themselves if not for the police using Dippolito's boyfriend as they did (under coercion/and illegal) would Dippolito have carried out hiring a hitman? Over and over she presented her own argument against it to include she thought the hitman would burglarize her house.
I wish Vinny Politan, Nancy Graceand other lawyers/commentators would actually discuss all the aspects of a case, instead of taking a side...the guilty side. And I hate to even say that because I was most certainly on the side of believing then and now that Casey Anthony killed Caylee and was outraged by the jury and the verdict. The one person I've ever seen who really analyzes all aspects of a case is Joey Jackson, and I haven't seen him in forever. I need to do some unfollowing on Facebook (Vinnie, Nancy). There's been a whole lot of that going on lately anyway!
Have any of the jurors spoken publicly about this deadlock today? One of the things about the Casey Anthony trial was that when the two jurors did speak out, they didn't sound particularly bright. I think this case had a hell of a lot more doubt than the Casey Anthony trial.

WOW! 3-3 split, didn't see that coming.
I bet they drop it, How much did this fiasco cost the state? Now another one on top of that?

I know! I actually tweeted to Vinnie a couple of times about how biased he was being during the Harris trial, the lack of objectivity is so irritating! No response of course. I can't even watch those shows anymore, I get so aggravated...
That's just for a status report.
And this is the second one so it would be another one on top the two. Maybe they'll offer her a plea deal.
Haven't seen any news agency saying they have an exclusive or a bombshell.
Where's Nancy Grace when ya need her?
Oh my gawd, that Dr Joyce was absolutely unreal on Vinnie's morning show during the Harris trial.![]()
He did have a defense investigator who was pretty good, can't remember his name.
Mike did speak out also about the mistrial. I hope they try again. They got a conviction once.
