It has video for the day of the killing. They show her body. The defense is trying to blame the crime scene people for not doing their job. But they claim self defense.

Oh, sorry I fell asleep earlier. DH gave me his cold and now I have a terrible sore throat. I don't like the defense atty.'s, they are as cocky as their client.

I had to give up on watching it, too much noise with the shuffling of papers etc.

Stay medicated, sleep thru it and wake up well, that's my method when I get sick.

From Beth Karas on FB: I ordered Kirk Nurmi's latest book about representing Jodi Arias. While it hasn't arrived yet, I'm familiar with some passages from it. His inside look at the case is quite revealing. Regardless of your opinion of Nurmi, you should consider reading it. I suspect you'll view him differently. Meanwhile, as for Juan Martinez's book coming out early next year, I stand by my quote earlier this week that I can't think of a book written by a working prosecutor about a case still on appeal. Does anyone know of such a book? If so, please post it here!

I think I'll get both Juan's and Nurmi's books, surely Beth wouldn't recommend it if it wasn't interesting since Nurmi isn't a HLN employee like Jane Velez Mitchell whose book I found absolutely a bore, I could have written that.

And then this:
Martinez will not name the juror that Arias fell in love with, but Kelley said she is sure he is referring to Zervakos.

Not that facts matter in this since any ol' story will do, but who's in love with who, it probably doesn't matter.
Geeez, there's just no end to the sleeze, I expect it from The Daily Mail, but not Martinez so much.
Aaaand we already heard this story, that the foreman was crazy about Jodi so no new news here.

Update:

The publisher of prosecutor Juan Martinez's upcoming book disputes claims made in a tabloid that a juror in the Jodi Arias murder trial "fell in love" with Arias.

A spokesperson for HarperCollins said no one from The Daily Mail, which initially published the claims, contacted them to fact check the story. The spokesperson went on to say much of what the Daily Mail reported isn't even in Martinez's book.

I saw this show, wow that poor girl what she went through. I was surprised about Mrs. Twigg saying it was a conspiracy. I mean really if the Dr. was going to switch the babies, I don;t think he would have asked a nurse to do it, he would have done it himself. Why would he want a witness???

How was your daughter's wedding? I would love to hear some details.
