First things first here...
ShellBelle:
I don't know how comfy the fold outs are, as only my DS7 is sleeping on it. He can fall asleep on a rock ledge though, so it's still kinda up in the air. I'll check them out tomorrow.
No 5:30am wake up call this morning. We rolled outta be around 7:30. Got some eats and decided to make the trek to....Animal Kingdom! Bus took forever to get to the hotel, and we were sweating our who-ha's off by the time it did. Mind you, it's still just after 8am! Once we got to the park, before the turnstiles, we were met this nice gentleman...
Anybody? Anybody?
Yes, that's Wes Palm. We met Push at Tomorrowland the day before, so I was looking around for Wes' 'handler', and he was way off, being kinda obvious actually. Push's was in the crowd with everyone. Our first expedition(no pun intended....yeah right

) was so I could snag a FP to Everest. No one else really wanted to go on it. I wonder why?
We headed over to Dino-Land, and hit up Tricera-Top spin. The whole family went on it, and they all loved it! After that, Kellen and mommy headed to the bone yard while Tom and I hit up Primeval Whirl. He enjoyed it a lot.=, and kept asking question about everything in line....my answers were usually I don't know, or it's top secret Disney stuff. We got on the ride, and for as cool of a concept as it was, I didnt' like it all that much. Up and down is one thing, but add spinning to it...no good. I'll take RNR any day over this.(More on that later.) We met up with mommy and Kellen and went to Camp Minnie-Mickey for some meet and greets. We got everyone's autograph and had pictures taken with all of them on our Photopass. The only one we had taken with our digital camera was with Donald, as his PP guy was having 'problems.'
I love that picture. Kellen loves the characters. I mean LOVES them. Not scared a bit. He even chewed on Goofy's whiskers. Yes, you heard right, chewed. We headed back towards Asia and I parted way with the family to make my trek to Everest. They stopped at Pizzafari and had lunch, excitement was my lunch today folks. The ride itself was great. Not too long, not too short. But for all the hype of the yeti....he barely was in it at all. Just a little cameo at the end. It woulda been cooler had he actually been chasing us around the mountain, and was at every turn we came to. But that's what you get when I don't design a ride at Disney I guess.
We headed out of the park and landed at Downtown Disney. Did some shopping, got two 'Tato heads and on My Little Pony. Snagged a coupla new shirts, and then headed back to the room to freshen up for our 5:30 ADR at the 50's Prime Time Cafe. We had a great server, Jeff. Our 'babysitter'. I love it when they really get into it. He did, and seemed to love it. There was this one guy there, skinny fella, dorky glasses and slicked 50s hair. He had a voice on him that would raise the dead. LOUD LOUD LOUD! We laughed each time he called a family to be seated.
After dinner, which was VERY good, we wandered some. Tom and I hit Star Tours again. And they we just mosied around. We were looking to go on the back lot tou when this solitary cast member, with a little black bag, started a conversation. Asked where we were fomr and all that. Told him we were heading to the tour and she said we should be able to catch the last one. I didn't wanna stare at his bag...but it was a Year of a Million Dreams bag....you know what that means!! But nothing. Even when we came back his way, and he told us he was sorry that he told us the wrong info. Nothing. Oh well...I was excited for a few minutes. I guess that counts.
We were going to check out Fantasmic but halfway up the hill they announced that it was standing room only at that point. We turned round and headed out. I tried to talk Tom into going on the Tower of Terror with me. No go.
I went on and got dropped almost 6 times! Is this a new thing?? I loved it!! Then we were gonna hit the bus when I asked Tom if he wanted to go on another rollercoaster. He said sure. We headed to RNR. I told him that this one is in the dark, you go upside down and is inside. He was still game. I wanted him to know that he didn't
have to go on it. But he wanted to. I had my arm around him in line and his little heart was going a mile a minute. We got into the cars and I pulled down his safety bar and he disappeared. I told him it was gonna go fast and be loud, he was ready. We took off and I yelled to him that we were about to go upside down. I was expecting a

face on him, but got more of a

. Nothing seemed to bother him. He loved it completely. I might try him on Space Mountain later this week.
From there we hopped the bus back to our wonderful family suite, I just got done some laundry, the boys are out cold and it's waaaaaaaaay past my Disney bedtime. Another day is in the bag. More to come tomorrow folks!
Same disboard time, same disboard channel!!
Thanks
Andre
