I get into fights with my sister, but usually we forget about it and start be ourselves again. Anyways, if we dont put a "happy face" on my mom will get mad and start saying that we need to be close because we're sisters and things like that... Maybe you should start thinking about your relationship with your brother and start being nicer to him.

I'm 16 and he is 9, and my cousin taped him and his little brother fighting. I wouldn't do anything like that

Your 16 and beating up a 9 yo. Holy Crap!!! Poor little guy. I think your parents need to call the police next time you do this and let them deal with it.
I'm not saying your a horrible person, obviously you were taught somehow this was o.k., but someone needs to UNTEACH you these things. I really wish both of you the best and hope that you can find a different way to blow off steam when he gets you mad. Maybe count slowly to 10 before you react. 9 yo boys are very impulsive and don't always think before they do something. Remember that next time he does something that irritates you. Just give yourself a minute before you react.

I think it is actully really good that you brought this up because now you are getting feedback and see that it is not normal. Try not to be too offended by waht people are saying, they are in shock. Take this more as a great chance to change something w/o having to actually be embarressed about it since nobody knows you anyway.

Be kind - a car could hit him tomarrow, and you would have regrets for how you have treated him.

I think that is very harsh on your brother! I have a little sister who always seems to get me in trouble so I can relate to how you feel mad but I would never think of hurting her like that.
