anyone hear when that FD offer might go public? I am guessing the next couple of weeks or so. I am looking for any possible rumors. We are booked 12/8 - 12/15 but think that we might have to adjust to checking in on 11/29 to work into the possible FD offer. for them to put it public soon so I can book my dining.

Depending on where you're staying, remember that changing those dates puts you smack in the middle of Pop Warner.

Yes it does put you smack in the middle of pop warner. The current PIN has the last check in date at 11/29 but if thats what you want to change it to, to get FDing, might I suggest booking some ADR's just in case. Once FDing opens, itll be a mad house for ADR's that some ppl wouldnt otherwise book.

My guess is that it will still be a few weeks away at best. I think in past years when they did a GP offering for free dining that it didn't come out until late July or early August. My guess is that they go thru a round our two of email pin codes and snail mail postcard pin codes to see what type of results they get. Then a GP offering would be made taking into consideration what has already been booked, which is why GP offering may have different dates than the pin code offerings.

I received an email pin code for free dining back on 5/23. We got back from a week long camping trip on Saturday and in my stack of mail was a postcard pin code for the exact same offer and dates. So it doesn't appear that they are quit done with pin codes yet.

Obviously keep checking in, but historically a GP offering is at least a month away, but things could change. I'm not sure how flexible your dates are, but the other option of checking in more than a week earlier to 11/29 would be to push it back 2 days to 12/10 (which is when free dining is offered again). Assuming the GP offering has the same dates (which is no guarantee).

Yes, I was out for dinner with the CEO of Disney last night and he told me that the offer will go public Tuesday at 12pm EST.

Seriously though, the current FD PIN which I have states that we get a first look at a great fall offer and have until July 28th to book. So I would be suprised if it went public before then.

Good point about the "must book by date." That would also coincide with previous years GP offerings dates, usually end of July or beginning of August.

Could someone please give me the details on this FD deal? We're going 11/24 to 11/30/12 and it's our first Christmas trip. We're very excited, but it would be so much easier if we could get the FD. We have AAA and the Disney Visa. Thank You for any info that you could share with me.
