Can anyone tell me what the fastest route is to POFQ from OKW???

I'd take a bus to whichever park is closest to OKW, then catch a bus to POFQ from that park's bus pickup for POFQ. I would not try the bus-to-DtD-boat-to-POFQ route, since those DtD buses are few and far between at all resorts, and those boats are slow. Park buses come much more often. It's going to probably take no less than 45 minutes at the fastest, though, unfortunately.

If you have a car, I'd just drive. Probably a 10 minute direct drive tops.

OKW is next door to POFQ

if you are in building 18 (or close by) you can walk over there in 15 minutes. Now walking would not be faster than driving your own car or a taxis - just cheaper.
