You might want to post your question on the technical board here on the DIS. They will be able to help you with posting your pictures.

You have to have your picture on a web site. You can't post it from your hard drive.

When you're writing your message, click on the little icon that looks like this -->

. Then enter the address where your picture is.

That's all there is to it.
