Congratulations!

I'll try to help as much as I can...
I'm a big fan of my
Crocs still, nothing makes the soles of my feet as happy as they do. I prefer a sandal style, Cleo. It's usually warm enough in Florida even in December for them.
Perfect! I already own Crocs..but I don't wear socks with them and when my feet sweat they slide SO badly, I was scared to take them to Disney. I will check out the other models, maybe its time to switch it up - I have the clog style with the strap back.
I've used Buena Vista on my past trips, but had problems with their equipment being old and shabby and unreliable. Also, their
scooter model for pooh-sized folks doesn't break down for transport. On my upcoming December trip, I am trying Walker Mobility for the first time. They assure me that ALL of their scooters, even the heavy duty models (for larger folks) will easily break down into 5 pieces and can be stored in the trunk of a midsize car. (I use the Disney buses around property, but we are spending a day over at Universal on this trip and I need to take it with me.)
T
hat's what I had found too, I am glad that you recommended Walker - the first three I tried don't break down in their larger models. And we have a Honda CRV with lots of room in the back, so we can definitely fit two. Phew!
I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia, and have to be
extremely careful with how much sun exposure I get. I have had very good results with Neutrogena's "Ultra Sheer Body Mist Sunscreen Broad Spectrum" in a SPF 100+. I use it all over, even on my face, and haven't had any reactions or clogged pores.
Sweet, thank you - my DH says so too, we don't know anyone with fibro and its been very hard for him since his diagnosis.
I know I've heard of this being possible. I don't have first-hand experience with it, though. You may want to ask over on the DISabilities forum, I'm sure some folks over there would be able to tell you more.
I love Kilimanjaro Safari! I've never had any trouble getting in and out of the ride vehicle at all.
Hope that helps!
