I am 5'9 and about 285. Rode the mine train a couple of weeks ago and while it wasn't the most comfortable ride in the world, I fit with no problem at all!
I am 5'3" and about 250 lbs, and round in the middle. We are going to Disney World for the first time next year and I am so nervous about not being able to ride some of the rides. Are there any I should be super concerned about. I don't want to be embarrassed when I get there. Thanks

Similar to another poster....I am also 5'3" and have probably weighed the same and gradually more for the past few trips than you. And even though there are some tight rides I have always fit. Now I haven't been there since the new mine train, but everything else, don't worry about it. Now I will tell you that the only ride that I will never ride again, that is until I loose alot of weight, is the astro orbiter. The last time I rode it, I probably weighed a little bit more than you and I fit in it fine, but it was hard to get out. Really hard.
Hope that helps some.
littlejessmarie said:Question for the other pooh sized folks. How do you guys prep yourself for all the walking at the World?
I have a job where I am on my feet all day and walk a lot, but the hubby has a office job.
Thanks!
Orthaheels have the only flip flops I will wear.
Sandals wise I stick by my keens.
Is anyone looking at trying to the princess 10k or half marathon?

The Tower of Terror 10-Miler is on my bucket list. Not there yet, but I will be someday!!![]()
I would love to start a group of pooh friends who could support each trying to take on challenges being 274 pounds and 5'4 it will take a lot of work for me to make my goal of running at disney world in 2016. Faith, Trust, and..PIXIE DUST.
I am starting a new job in 2 weeks that will require me to drive 45 minutes each way every day and there are few healthy lunch choices.
I want to be able to consistently take a healthy lunch and work out when I get home. I am considering buying a refrigerator and microwave for my office so that I can supplement my salads with lean cuisine.
It's been awhile since I had to put in really long hours and don't know if I will have time to take care of myself.
