Hmm, Let's see if I can help.

1. Go to User CP. Its in the blue bar, first link.
2. To the left, there's a panel, and there should be a link that says 'Edit Avatar'
3. Then hit the browse button and select your avatar. Your avatar has to be saved to your computer first.
