Watching this movie I realize,

They changed the dementors a lot!
The new ones are skinny and the robe isn't as flowy, and it's very creepy looking :/
Melissa just saved the day, and wants me to eat chocolate

I think Tocks looks a LOT different than I think she should. I thought in the book it said she has short short hair? Like a pixie cut?

Tonks looks a lot different than I thought se would. I was thinking maybe shorter hair, brighter pink hair, and maybe a bit paler. But whatever floats the directors boat.
