The Eternal City Small Group Tour

Taking our first trip on Royal Caribbean and my son really wants to tour the Colosseum. Has anyone been on "The Eternal City Small Group Tour"? It lists the Colosseum as one of the destinations, but I'm unclear as to whether you actually go inside. Does anyone know? Also, how many people are usually on a "small group tour"?
I've been on hold with Royal Caribbean for almost 2hrs so hoping someone here can help and I can stop listening to their horrible hold messages/music
